I always order the buy 5 get 1 free traditional cold meat sandwiches for around $44. And it is worth every penny! But the #12 vegan BBQ “meat”sandwiches is not going well for my vegan friends. Please read this and consider WHY?? I will just come back for the real meat sandwiches like #1 that sell out fast 💨

This place is real good. I see a lot of people coming in and out as I was eating in there. They have a little counter with about three or four stools and you can eat in there. It's moderately priced. They've got a wide variety of sandwiches and other things in there. Lot of baked goods a lot of vegan items for people that are vegan. They have a number of different meat items. The music is a little too loud in there so just to let you know that they could probably turn the music down a little bit. But overall it's a pretty neat looking place. It's located near public transportation. The 81 Lawrence bus is real close to that and the brown line is about a half a block away.

Ok first let me state I been eating Vietnamese food since the 80s so I do know a bit of this food by now. I must say the bread was fantastic the bbq pork was a bit dry and not enough for 10.00 dollars. I asked for the sauce with peanut she claim she didn’t have any so it was a bit dry. Overall a bit pricey for a sandwich at 11.00 but there is a solution I noticed they sell the bbq pork by portion for 13.00 will buy that next time with the bread and create my own.

I ordered through Uber eats and I was so satisfied with my order. They gave really generous servings at a reasonable price and the dished were also very delicious. Even the sauce were generous and the toppings for the soup too. They had the biggest Spring rolls I ever ordered so far for only $5+. Superb food!!!

Nhu Lan has the best banh mi sandwiches in Chicago. Their BBQ tofu is amazing. Their spring rolls are also delicious.

Best banh mi in the city! Always on fresh, crackly baguettes. Also very delicious grab and go spring rolls and ban cuon. Friendly staff. Especially the manager, Kim!

Best banh mi in town! Come with fresh veggies and B5G1, who can beat it? Of course, some vegetarian and vegan options too. This is not my 1st time but I got a lemongrass chicken #3 and an original #8 for my coworker (1st time banh mi explorer) and his belly was very happy! The construction on Lawrence is inconvenient now, but im sure everyone can manage the way in, or order from the Sheridan location, huge parking lot, so what are your excuses? Jk, give it a shot, you wont be disappointed.
